Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after an elementary school in Caledonia was broken into on Saturday of Easter weekend.

OPP responded to River Heights Elementary School on Forfar Street East just before 7 a.m.

Police said the break and enter occurred sometime between 4:50 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. when unknown individuals broke into the school and stole notebook and electronic items.

OPP are investigating and could not provide a value of the items stolen.
