Police and the Office of the Fire Marshal are investigating a suspicious house fire in Oxford County.
The fire was reported shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday, at a home on John Street in Otterville by a passerby who noticed smoke.
Nobody was inside when firefighters arrived, and no injuries were reported.
Damage is estimated at up to $40,000, according to Oxford County OPP.
Otterville is located approximately 30 kilometres south of Woodstock and 15 kilometres northeast of Tillsonburg.
