Michael Rafferty pre-trial hearings set to begin in London

Pre-trial hearings begin Monday for Michael Rafferty in London.

He's charged with murdering eight-year-old Tori Stafford.

Pre-trial motions are expected to continue for the next month.

Jury selection will begin at the end of February.

Rafferty's trial was moved to London because there were concerns he wouldn't get a fair trial in Woodstock, where Tori lived with her family.
