A Cambridge man created pornographic images involving 10 children, Waterloo Regional Police allege.
The man, 38, was first arrested in July on charges of possessing child pornography and making it available.
Various electronic devices were taken from his house for analysis.
The man was arrested again on Friday, to be charged with 11 counts of making child pornography.
