A 19-year-old woman was sexually assaulted early Friday morning in Waterloo.
At around 2:30 a.m. the woman was walking on Fischer-Hallman Road near Craigleith Drive when she was approached by a male and was sexually assaulted.
The male fled after the assault.
He is described as brown skinned, with a deep voice and muscular build, approximately 5’10.
The victim received minor injuries.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them, or Crime Stoppers.
