Waterloo Regional police say one person was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Waterloo.
It happened in a parking lot on Erb Street near Roosevelt Avenue around 9:30 p.m..
A male victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
An air ambulance was called but was unable to respond due to weather conditions.
Police say charges are pending.
