Police in Sarnia are asking for the public's help after a murder in that city. Joanne Underhill, 50, was found dead in her home early Friday morning.

Her estranged husband James Province, 52, faces a first degree murder charge. Police are looking for a dark coloured back pack that province may have dumped on the way back to his house.

Officers are asking everyone to check their property, especially trash dumpsters for anything suspicious.

An autopsy is underway today to confirm how Underhill died.

Province is in custody until a court appearance Monday.
