Farmers pitched in to help one of their own Thursday morning after a tractor slid off a rural road west of Ayr.
Oxford County OPP say the tractor was hauling two full bins of corn when it lost control on Township Road 10 in Blandford-Blenheim around 9:20 a.m.
One of the bins then overturned, damaging two vehicles parked along the road.
Township Road 10 was closed between Oxford Road 3 and Blenheim Road until late morning.
It was initially expected to take most of the day to clean up the spilled corn, but police say neighbouring farmers came out to the road to assist in the cleanup.
