For the past three years, Jeremy Glenfield has been subject to a curfew and an order not to live anywhere alcohol is present.

For one week in January, those conditions won’t apply.

Glenfield, a New Hamburg resident accused of dangerous driving causing death and other offences in connection with the 2011 death of 11-year-old Jeremy Huber, had his bail conditions modified in court Monday.

He had asked for the changes so he could spend part of next month in Jamaica, where he plans to get married.

The trial of Glenfield, who also faces charges of impaired driving and failure to provide a breath sample, resumes in February.
