Huron County has reduced the amount of its claim for damage from the Goderich tornado.
Treasurer Dave Carey says they have received some good news from the property restoration company and their insurance company.
Instead of claiming about $1.1 million from the Ontario Disaster Relief Assistance Program, the amount will be $836,000.
The tornado hit Goderich last August.
