Lyntje Zinger, one of four people charged with arson in connection with the blaze at the Campus Court plaza in Waterloo, made a court appearance Tuesday.

The 24-year-old from Hawkesville had her trial date deferred to July 26, more than a year after the fire caused $4.5 million in damage and destroyed several businesses.

Zinger has been out on bail since her arrest in April, but returned for the court appearance in Kitchener. Three others have also been charged with arson in the case.

William Schneider, 31, and Daniel Campbell, 25, both of Kitchener are being held in police custody. They were also charged in April and are expected to make a court appearance on Friday.

The fourth accused, 28-year-old Brent Campbell of Kitchener was charged last month and released with restrictions. He is expected to appear in court July 26.
