Car hits hydro pole sending one person to hospital

A car crashed into a hydro pole on King Street in Waterloo on Monday night.

It happened near Elgin Street around 10:30 p.m.

Officials say one person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.

The road was closed to traffic.
