There was a heavy police presence in downtown Kitchener on Thursday as police investigated a bank robbery.
The robbery occurred shortly after 2 p.m., at the CIBC branch at King and Queen streets.
According to Waterloo Regional Police, a 34-year-old Kitchener man demanded money from the teller. No weapons were used, and there were no injuries.
He was arrested a short time later.
