A man accused in the shooting death of a 70-year-old man in the community of Clinton in Central Huron will spend another month in jail pending his next court appearance.

Boris Panovski, who is also 70, made a video appearance yesterday in Goderich court from a detention centre in London, with another appearance set for Dec. 8.

Panovski is charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder after Don Frigo and his wife were shot while horseback riding north of Clinton on Sept. 13.

The incident sparked a massive manhunt on a Canada-wide warrant, that ended with Panovski's arrest at Toronto's Pearson Airport in late September.
