Two people were taken to hospital and one horse was killed after a buggy was hit by a passenger vehicle early Monday morning.
The crash occurred just after midnight on Line 86, near West Montrose.
According to police, a 23-year-old woman from Woolwich Township was driving the car that hit the buggy.
She allegedly left the scene after the crash, but was later tracked down.
The 18-year-old man and 16-year-old girl taken to hospital suffered minor injuries, police said.
