A transport truck caught fire outside The Brick on King Street in Kitchener on Saturday morning.
Fire officials say the driver started the vehicle and went back into the store.
When he returned, the tractor trailer was up in flames.
No one was injured.
Officials are still assessing damage to the contents of the trailer, but have pegged the total damage at about $100,000.
