A pilot is lucky to have walked away from a scary situation at the Brantford airport Wednesday night.
A single-engine plane flipped over just seconds of touching down on the runway.
The pilot, a 48-year-old Mississauga man was the only person inside.
He was able to walk away from the crash.
Brantford Police, along with other emergency crews responded to the call.
Thursday morning the Transport Safety Board will be taking over the investigation into how the plane flipped over.
