Nobody was injured when a car slammed into a restaurant in Kitchener’s east end Wednesday night.
The crash occurred just before 9 p.m. at the McDonald’s on Fairway Road.
A sedan crashed into the playplace portion of the restaurant, damaging a door and doorframe, but did not fully enter the building.
Waterloo Regional Police say they don’t believe anyone was in the playplace at the time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
