A Perth County farm was damaged by fire Monday morning.
Crews were called to the barn, on Line 88 north of Listowel, around 8 a.m.
They were able to extinguish the fire before it destroyed the barn, but smoke damage means it won’t be able to hold the shipment of piglets expected to arrive later in the day.
The owner of the barn tells CTV News an electrical issue may be to blame for the fire.
