A Kitchener woman was killed in a collision in Halton Hills Tuesday afternoon.
The 59-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene, after her car collided head on with a transport truck.
After the impact, the truck drove into a ditch and partially knocked down a hydro pole.
It happened just before 5 p.m. at Steeles and Sixth Line.
The 33-year-old Brampton man driving the transport truck was not hurt.
Police say it is too early to comment on any charges.
The victim’s name has not been released.
