Highway 6 was closed south of Fergus on Friday due to a head-on crash which left two people with serious injuries.
Firefighters were called to the scene of the crash, on Highway 6 between the 2nd Line and the 4th Line, shortly before 2 p.m.
According to Centre Wellington fire chief Brad Patton, three people were injured in the crash.
Two of those three were seriously hurt, including one who was taken away from the area via air ambulance.
The highway remained closed in both directions as of 6 p.m. as police investigated the crash.
