One person was sent to hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Trussler Road in Kitchener.
The collision happened just before 6 p.m. on Thursday.
Police say both vehicles had to be towed away.
One driver was transported to hospital but it is unclear on the extent of the injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle has been charged with careless driving.
