The London District Catholic school board says it will make changes after an investigation found rules on administering standardized tests were compromised for three years straight.
EQAO school-level test results for Monsignor J.H. O'Neil's junior division between 2008 and 2010 have been tossed out.
A board inquiry revealed a sealed package with the exams had been opened before the tests took place.
Education director Wilma de Rond wouldn't say whether school staff would be disciplined for the breach.
