Police are seeking public help to identify a man wanted in connection with five separate indecent acts targeting women in Waterloo.

The incidents, which took place between Nov. 3 and May 25, 2012, all happened in the area of Cedarbrae Avenue and Parkside Drive.

Waterloo Region police say in each case a lone female was approached by a man who started a conversation before exposing himself.

None of the victims were injured.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 17 and 25 years of age with short, curly black hair and of average build and height.

Police are reminding people to be aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious activity.
