Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to an explosion and fire north of Woodstock.
Shortly before 6 a.m. emergency crews were called to a fire on Tropicana Crescent in Sun Park Hidden Valley on Highway 59 North in East Zorra - Tavistock Township on Saturday.
Three people, two men and a woman, were in the building at the time of the fire according to police.
There were no injuries or damage to any other buildings in the area.
Police say one man was arrested and is being held in custody.
The total value of the fire has not yet been determined.
The scene is being held as the OPP and Fire Marshall’s office conduct their investigation.
