What is Just One Child?
The campaign’s purpose is to find sponsors from Southwestern Ontario for 1,000 children in need overseas.
Who is involved in the campaign?
This campaign is being presented by World Vision Canada, to Kitchener- Waterloo-Cambridge, London and the rest of Southwestern Ontario, for the benefit of 1,000 children worldwide.
When is it taking place?
The campaign will officially run from October 1 – November 30, 2013.
Why is it being presented to Southwestern Ontario?
The Southwestern Ontario community has already shown its heart for these children. In Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge and London alone, there are almost 13,200 sponsors who collectively sponsor more than 16,000 children. The people here are already so generous toward this cause, but there are still more children who are in need of help.
How much does it cost to get involved?
Sponsorship costs just $39 a month, or a little more than a dollar a day.
