One person was taken to hospital after their vehicle left the road east of Elmira.
It happened shortly after 8 a.m. Friday on Line 86 near West Montrose.
According to Waterloo Regional Police, the woman had a medical event while driving and suffered minor injuries.
Her vehicle ended up in a field, damaged beyond repair.
Police say no charges will be laid.
