Police are on the lookout for three male suspects after a violent home invasion in Windsor.

Investigators say the suspects burst into the home just before 4 a.m. Saturday and got into a struggle with the two people inside.

They say a woman may have suffered a broken wrist and was repeatedly struck on the head, while another resident who reported being stabbed several times has since been treated in hospital.

One suspect is described as 30 to 40 years old, about six feet tall, 220 pounds and as wearing dark clothes and a mask during the incident.

Police say another suspect is believed to be in his 40s or 50s and had long wavy grey hair. There is no description of the third suspect.

They say the suspects stole jewelry and made off in an older model white, two-door pickup truck with an extended cab.
