A pilot flying through Waterloo Region Wednesday night reported seeing a laser light aimed at the aircraft.
According to a report filed with Transport Canada, the plane was a jet airliner making a trip from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Texas to Pearson International airport.
The report says the aircraft was in the midst of its descent, just southwest of the Region of Waterloo International Airport, when it noticed the light.
Police were notified about the incident, and the plane continued on to Pearson.
