A 67-year-old man died Sunday while scuba diving in Fathom Five National Marine Park, north of Tobermory.
Bruce Peninsula OPP say the man seemed fine when he entered the water, but was found to be in “medical distress” soon after.
The Canadian Coast Guard was called in to help bring the man back to shore, where he was pronounced dead.
He has been identified as Peter Lane, a Goderich resident. An autopsy found that he died of natural causes.
