A man convicted of murder is about to be released from prison, back to the street where the stabbing happened.

In March 2010, Larry MacDonald died after a 16-year-old stabbed him 19 times.

Officials say he was trying to stop an argument between the teen and his 35-year-old girlfriend; the teen’s name is protected by a publication ban.

After serving five years in prison, next month he will be released on conditional supervision, and will live with his mother on Green Valley Drive and has a long list of rules to follow.
