Four people now face charges in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins, thefts and mischief incidents in Sweaburg.

Earlier this month, residents of the small Oxford County community woke up to find vehicles tagged with graffiti, cash and a wallet stolen from vehicles and five mailboxes knocked over.

OPP say they have since charged four teenage boys – two 17-year-olds and two 15-year-olds, all of whom know each other.

The teens reside in Sweaburg, Innerkip and Burgessville, and face charges including breaking and entering, theft, mischief and trespassing.
