Three men are in custody after police discovered forged IDs, credit cards and a large amount of cash.

Waterloo Regional police were called Tuesday about a fraud in progress at the Best Buy at 28 Pinebush Road in Cambridge.

The officers responding stopped the suspect vehicle just as it was leaving the parking lot.

Three adult males in the vehicle were taken into custody.

A search of the vehicle uncovered $11,500 in Canadian currency, and $2,400 in U.S. funds.  Along with the cash, officials found forged IDs, credit cards and a small amount of marijuana.

The three men are facing charges including fraud under $5,000, I.D. theft, impersonation, possession of identity documents and credit cards.
