Oxford County OPP have issued an arrest warrant for the man who, they believe, robbed a bank in downtown Tillsonburg last week.
Christopher Grant Sheardown, a 31-year-old man of no fixed address, is wanted in connection with last Friday’s robbery of the CIBC branch in the Town Centre Mall.
According to police, a man had walked into the bank, said he had a weapon, demanded money and left with an amount of cash.
Police describe Sheardown as being six feet tall and approximately 180 pounds, with a thin build and dark hair.
He is said to have ties to Tillsonburg, Woodstock and Brantford, and should not be approached.
Anyone who comes into contact with Sheardown is asked to call 911.
