The Kitchener man accused of sexually assaulting a female student at a Kitchener high school remains behind bars.

Michael Bidilici was arrested Tuesday night, hours after the alleged attack at Resurrection Catholic Secondary School.

He faces four charges of sexual assault, two charges of resisting arrest and one charge of sexual interference.

Bidilici, 35, appeared in court Thursday for a bail hearing, and was then sent back into custody.

His next court appearance is scheduled for Monday.
