Open
- Garbage, recycling, organics and yard waste will be picked up on a normal Monday schedule
- Grand River Transit (running on a Sunday schedule)
- Transit terminals on Charles Street in Kitchener and Ainslie Street in Cambridge
- Outdoor pools in Kitchener (check your favourite site for specific hours)
- Some community centres and pools in Waterloo and Cambridge (check for specific hours)
- Most, but not all, LCBO and The Beer Store locations
- Most grocery stores and pharmacies (specific hours available at individual stores)
- Region of Waterloo International Airport
- Waterloo Region Museum (9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with games and activities for children)
- THEMUSEUM (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
- Fairview Park Mall and Conestoga Mall (9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
Closed
- Waste drop-off and compost pickup sites
- Indoor pools in Kitchener, as well as community centres
- Kitchener Public Library, Waterloo Public Library, Cambridge Idea Exchange and Region of Waterloo Library branches
- Major bank branches
- Municipal administration offices
- Canada Post is not delivering mail
