If you’ve enjoyed the weather through the beginning of the work week, you’re in for a treat over the next few days.

Temperatures aren’t expected to climb quite as high as they did Monday, when measurements at the Region of Waterloo International Airport topped up at 22 C.

Still, there’s a lot of warm weather in the forecast.

In Waterloo-Wellington, Environment Canada is calling for a high of 16 C on Tuesday, followed by sunny conditions and 15 C on Wednesday.

The daytime high will fall to 8 C on Thursday, under a 40 per cent chance of showers, but rebound Friday to a forecast 16 C.

Overnight lows will be more normal for this time of year, with temperatures expected to drop to 1 C Tuesday night and around 5 C through the rest of the week.

Normally, this time of year brings Waterloo-Wellington daytime highs around 12 C and overnight lows around 1 C.
