FOREST, Ont. -- The Ontario provincial police's chemical and explosives team is at a home near Sarnia where it says an unknown liquid chemical was found.
OPP say there is no risk to the public and no evacuations are planned.
Officers discovered the chemical in a home in Forest during a search performed in an animal cruelty investigation.
Police say a 22-year-old man from Forest has been taken into custody. His name has not been released.
The investigation continues.
