CHATHAM-KENT, Ont. - Police in Chatham-Kent, Ont., are searching the Thames River after someone reported seeing a body in the water.
   Police say the call came in around 9 a.m. Saturday.
   Officers have blocked off a stretch of road near the river while they investigate
