Two people were taken to hospital Wednesday after the pickup truck they were in rolled over.
Paramedics, firefighters and police officers were dispatched to the crash, which occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Lakeshore Road, west of Long Point.
According to Norfolk County OPP, the truck lost control while travelling on Lakeshore, then hit a hydro pole and tree before landing on its side.
Both people inside the truck were trapped and needed to be freed by firefighters.
They were then taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Both are Chatham-Kent residents, police say.
The crash left nearby residents without power for a period of time.
Police continue to investigate.
