Tegan Versolatto is a seasoned journalist known for her passion for storytelling and commitment to impactful news coverage. With a career spanning nearly a decade, she has become a trusted voice in the newsroom, specializing in uncovering and sharing local stories that matter to the community.
Tegan's journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University, followed by a post-graduate certificate from Sheridan College's Journalism New Media program.
After her tenure as a video journalist and line-up editor at CHCH in Hamilton, Ontario, Tegan transitioned to Kitchener to join the CTV news team in 2019 as a multimedia journalist. Her knack for connecting with audiences and crafting engaging stories naturally led her to assume the role of videographer in 2020.
When she's not busy chasing down the next big scoop, you'll find her at the gym, breaking a sweat or plotting her next adventure abroad. But nothing beats coming home to her husband, Christian, and their dynamic duo of feline friends, Antonio and Fernando.
