Man charged with break-ins at 12 elementary schools

KITCHENER -- A 21-year-old man is facing charges in connection to a series of break-ins at elementary schools across Waterloo Region.

Police say 12 schools were targeted between December 21 and January 1.

Money and electronics were allegedly taken during the break-ins.

The man, who has not been named, was arrested on Tuesday.
