Three people were injured Wednesday morning in a collision in the Town of Minto.
At least two vehicles were involved in the crash, which occurred around 11 a.m. on Wellington Road 2 east of Clifford.
The west bound vehicle had two female occupants and the eastbound vehicle was being driven by a lone man.
The female driver was taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries. She was then airlifted to Hamilton Hospital. Her name will not be released until next of kin have been notified.
Authorities said that the two other people were also injured in the crash and were taken to a local hospital.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation by Technical collision Investigators from Wellington County OPP and the OPP Highway Safety Division.
Wellington Road 2 remains closed between Creek Road and the 6th Line.
