Michael Anders is no longer the general manager of Guelph Transit.
The City of Guelph confirmed the personnel change to CTV News on Wednesday, but did not elaborate on what led to his departure.
In a news release, the city cited privacy and employment legislation as precluding them from releasing more details.
An interim manager has been appointed to handle Anders’ duties.
The city says transit services should not be affected by the change.
