Edinburgh Road in Guelph was closed between London Road and Willow Road after a two-vehicle crash just after midnight on Wednesday morning.
A major hydro pole was hit and damaged.
Hydro workers were on scene to fix the pole.
Police say there wass a power outage but it was minimal.
The cause of the crash has not been determined and one person had minor injuries.
