A Stratford man died in hospital Friday, four days after being involved in a two-vehicle crash.
Monday night, the vehicles collided head-on at the intersection of Highway 8 and Perth Road 125, just west of Stratford.
Both drivers were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Perth County OPP say one of them, a 38-year-old woman, has since been released from care.
The other, 45-year-old Kenneth Eaton, was pronounced dead Friday in a London hospital.
According to police, Eaton’s eastbound vehicle crossed into the westbound lane of Highway 8, crashing into a Chevrolet Blazer.
