On the fifth and final day of Mark Smich’s cross-examination, the focus turned to the events that happened at the Millard hangar at the Waterloo International Airport in Breslau.

In the later part of his cross-examination, Nadir Sachak, Millard`s lawyer suggested that the two men were involved in a yelling match at the hangar, hours after the Tim Bosma was killed.

Smich has denied having a yelling match and shooting Tim Bosma, claiming it was Millard who pulled the trigger.

The court has already heard that Millard left the hangar for about half an hour to get gas. Today, Millard’s lawyer said it was to cool off. Smich insists that's not true.

Sachak wrapped up questioning of Smich this morning after going over the list of four witnesses Smich says lied under oath or were mistaken.

The Crown will begin its cross-examination on Tuesday.
