Two people were taken to a London hospital by air ambulance following a crash near Dublin, northwest of Mitchell.
The crash occurred shortly before 4 p.m. Wednesday at Perth Road 180 and Line 36.
Police say a Pontiac hatchback was T-boned at the intersection by a livestock truck.
Both vehicles were sent off the road, with the truck becoming tied up in hydro lines and knocking out power to at least 500 people in the area.
The hatchback was entering the intersection from the east, where traffic must stop at a stop sign.
Both people airlifted to London were from the hatchback. A third occupant of the hatchback was taken to a nearby hospital, also with serious injuries.
Roads in the area remained closed as of 6 p.m., and were expected to remain so for much of Wednesday night.
