A 57-year-old woman was taken to hospital following an industrial accident in Waterloo end on Tuesday.
Shortly after 8 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police say, emergency responders were called to Mike Forgrave and Associates on Lexington Court.
Inside the workplace, they found a worker whose hand had become caught inside a grinding machine.
The extent of the woman’s injuries was not immediately known.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
