It's not yet known if any charges will be laid after two people dressed in clown costumes chased terrified kids at a west-end Toronto school.

The bizarre incident took place yesterday at Pope Francis Catholic School as classes were being dismissed.

Police say two 15-year-old suspects were detained, adding they were video-taping their activities and did not physically touch any students.

Toronto Catholic District School Board spokesman John Yan says it appears the clowns were former students who dressed up in the outfits as some sort of prank.
